Kathy Nay is primarily a watercolour artist, although she recently has been creating works using acrylics. By using a limited palette, Kathy intensifies the mood and subject in her work and draws the viewer into her pictures. Many of her paintings contain contrasting light and shade situations. She is a realistic artist who chooses subjects that “grab” her attention.
