Medium: Painting

Val has always enjoyed being creative but never painted until she nervously signed up for a watercolour class back in 2006. She quickly fell in love with the creative process and eventually evolved into working with acrylics, oils, and mixed media. Val's paintings are inspired by her passion for animals, gardens, and travel.

Val works in her makeshift studio in her dining room and is often "supervised" by her cat Emma.
