Medium: Painting, Textile, Mixed Media

Dianna was born in Calgary, Alberta, and now resides in Maple Ridge, B.C. As a self-taught artist that enjoys all types of painting from craft items to fine art pieces.  She has been painting for over 35 years and prefers working in acrylics and oils. She has taken numerous art classes on many different subjects and mediums. As a member of a variety of different community art clubs she has kept up on the latest happenings in the art world. In Dianna’s Dogwood Studio she has taught youth and adults alike the joy and excitement of painting. She embraces the world around her with an eye for the scenic slender such as birds, wildlife, and nature. A few of her endeavours are painting on feathers, glassware, pours, and resins.  Dianna has created a hostess program called Happy Appy beverage (wine) painting classes in her Dogwood Studio.
