In 1992 Dominika immigrated to Canada, and soon helped establish the first professional Polish theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia called "Popular Theatre”.  The scope of the artist's talent extends to painting, soft sculpture, mixed media, textile tapestry, and jewellery design. After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree and her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, Dominika opened a private practice, which has allowed her to combine her interests in Fine Arts with the profession of mental health. Dominika believes that Art is a testimony, representing the legacy of an artist’s attempt to craft their masterpiece from the hidden details of the very fleeting nature of life itself.
